One of our ICAS advocates will be in the Gateway for you to drop in and speak to one of our advocates.
Come along to the gateway between 10-12 pm on the second Wednesday of the month.
An advocate provides free, confidential, and independent support and will provide you with information to help you make informed choices and navigate through the NHS complaints process.
