Coming soon… Living Well Online!

Partners across Warrington are currently developing a brand-new health and wellbeing directory website, Living Well Online. The new website is set to go live in March 2025.

The project is a collaboration between the local NHS, Council and partner organisations across the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector.

What is Living Well Online?

The new website will be a one-stop-shop connecting people, communities and services across Warrington. Think of it as a Warrington-wide interactive Yellow Pages, where people can access information about a variety of services, and also connect with people on the things that are important to them.

It will include information about:

  • Pregnancy, childcare and early years support
  • All aspects of health and wellbeing advice (including mental health, dementia, sexual health and smoking and beyond)
  • Community support hubs
  • Services and advice for adults
  • Schools and education
  • Advice and support for older people
  • Support for carers
  • Local groups and activities
  • Money and cost of living advice
  • And so much more!

What makes Living Well Online different?

There are lots of different websites across Warrington already that have different levels of information about services and activities for local people. But sometimes this information is out-of-date or isn’t easy to find.

We need to make sure what’s “out there” online for people is relevant, helpful and easy to access. We believe that Living Well Online will drive this change.

In short, Living Well Online will:

  • Make it easy for people to find out about local services and make connections that may help support positive changes to their health and wellbeing
  • Make it as easy for people working or volunteering for organisations across Warrington to direct people to local activities and events that may support them to live well
  • Be a single place to publicise services, groups and events, and reach the people who need them as quickly as possible

What does Living Well mean?

Living Well is a Warrington-wide programme involving teams from across the local health, care, and wellbeing sector.  The aim is ‘to connect people, communities and services to enable people to Live Well.’

More specifically, we collectively want to support local residents to:

  • Live and age well, be active and live healthy, fulfilling lives
  • Connect with people, their communities and services that promote wellbeing and independence
  • Take greater control over their own health, wellbeing and resilience

Living Well Online is the next development within the overall programme, building on the success of the Living Well Hub, which opened in the town centre in March 2024.

Want to get involved?

Living Well Online will bring together information from a range of existing online resources, following the closure of the MyLifeWarrington website (from March 2025), and the consolidation of online information across Warrington.

Ahead of the launch, we are asking partners who have information on MyLifeWarrington, to update their listings as part of a Provider Update. Any provider currently listed on MyLifeWarrington who hasn’t updated their information in the last six months, won’t be transferred to Living Well Online.

We will be in touch with more information, including guidance around how to register records and updates on the new site, over the coming weeks.

In the meantime, your help in getting the message out – that Living Well Online is coming – would be gratefully received.
