phone never rings and there's no missed call, just a note on my records to say I couldn't be reached. Not suggesting the GP is lying, I guess they try to call but it doesn't work, but you just drop off the system after that with no way of knowing (unless you keep checking your online records).
this and made the appointment by phone. Was told on phone this would be a consultation only, not a procedure. Arrived at appointment to find it was with unexpected medical personnel, who were expecting to perform an inappropriate procedure there and then.
Upsetting, frustrating, huge waste of time for all concerned.
