Causeway Medical Centre

Difficult to get callbacks

GP appointments are all call-backs these days, but often the phone never rings and there's no missed call, just a note on my records to say I couldn't be reached. Not suggesting the GP is lying, I guess they try to call but it doesn't work, but you just drop off the system after that with no way of knowing (unless you keep checking your online records).
