Staff so rude - appts and refs always wrong

The staff are always so rude, condescending and defensive over a practice that is clearly on its knees and nobody is willing to take ownership and make a change. No GPSs based in house?! Locums only?! So quite often appts cancelled because the locum of the day isn’t qualified. Referrals “forgotten” to be sent off despite medical notes stating they were needed. Practice manager buries head in the sand and ignores correspondence. MP office been made aware and - somewhat unsurprisingly- they have an entire case file of complaints against the place!
