No empathy from some doctors

While making it a rule to fill econsult. Yet the rule is obeyed by patients who drastically needs service . They will send a text and yet won’t be contacted at the appropriate . Even though you have stated how important it is for you to be seen . Come on ! I would assume you can do better for the services you are been paid for! A little empathy from the doctors as well as the receptionists goes a long way for your patients .
