The discharge was a shambles. No summary was sent to GP and was sent home with 12 boxes of medication in a carrier bag. Wired Carers sorted out GP & Hospital summary on a home visit.
The consultant and nurses were very friendly and efficient, our waiting time was minimum. The clinic was quiet, but it was great to been seen within a suitable time...
