Left to bleed all over myself for hours

I was put on blood thinners for a suspected heart condition. Whilst waiting to go onto a ward. A nurse gave a me a covid test as required and jabbed it too far up my nose, rupturing blood vessel causing me to bleed profusely all over myself and consequently swallowing vast amounts of blood. I was then left with a bowl and some tissue for 90 minutes with my nose pouring blood before a doctor decided to do something and then packed my nose.
