cannot speak with practice manager

my son contacted the surgery this morning and was told that there was a 3 week waiting time to see a GP but he could fill in a e-consult witch he did and was informed that he needed to telephone his GP surgery.i then contacted the surgery to speak with the practice manager and told she was in meetings all day,I repeated my request to speak with a manager and was put through to the reception manager who did not want to here my side and kept telling me to let her finish so she could tell me about e-consult i told her that they do not work and they keep telling you to contact your GP, i then passed the phone over to my son who explained his symptoms and was told a GP would ring him today.I then telephoned the surgery to ask for an appointment with the practice manager and was told that if i had a complaint to put in writing. if you can get passed the receptionist the medical staff are brilliant and the scores i have given are not for the medical treatment you will receive this is fantastic.
