Warrington and Halton patients can now manage appointments online
Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals Trust has introduced a new system that allows patients to access their hospital outpatient appointments online, via the NHS App.
Patients with an upcoming appointment will receive a push notification in the app and will be able to view their appointment details.
Patients will also receive an SMS text message from 07860 039 092 with a link to their patient appointment letter. Appointment reminders will also be sent from this number.
Supporting information including clinic details, parking, and maps, plus a single point of contact for queries will also be available. They can request to cancel or reschedule on their device at a time that is convenient.
Patients interested in using the service will need to download the NHS App, and ensure notifications are turned on their phone and in the app.
